Recruitment Week:
Monday August 31—Dogeball Tournament, Turner Green, 4:30 pm
This event is open to all students and we will be raffling off coupons from various local businesses’ and a grand prize of one iPod. Registration will start at 4:30 pm and the tournament will begin at 5:00 pm.
Tuesday September 1st—Interfraternity Council Banquet, UC Ballrooms, 7:00 pm
This event will include all fraternities, each house given an allotted time to present their chapter.
Wednesday September 2nd—Flag Football BBQ, Delta Tau Delta Chapter House, 6:30 pm
We will be barbequing at the Delta Tau Delta Chapter house, after which we will participate in a game of flag football at Gunter Field.
Thursday September 3rd—Miniature Golf, Delta Tau Delta Chapter House, 6:30 pm
We will meet at the Delta Tau Delta chapter house and then drive to the funplex on 65th ave for a game of putt putt.
Friday September 4th—Alumni Banquet (Hank Brown Speaking), Brown Hall, 6:30 pm
This event is open to all alumni and will feature former University of Northern Colorado President, former Colorado University president, former United States Senator, and member of Delta Tau Delta, Hank Brown. There will be a buffet and this will give all prospective members an opportunity to see how far reaching Delta Tau Delta really is.
Pledging Ceremony:
September 8th - UC
The Pledging Ceremony will begin the new member’s 8 week pledging program. It will take place at the UC and take an hour.
Homecoming Week (Kruizin’ With Klawz):
October 5th - 10th
The homecoming week theme is “Kruizin’ With Klawz,” it is a 50’s theme. This year the Theta Omicron Chapter will be teaming up with Sigma Kappa Sorority. Northern Colorado football will be playing against Portland State. More information on specific events to come.
Initiation Week:
November 2nd—6th
Initiation Ceremony—November 6th, Brown Hall, 7:00pm
